Would you like companionship in exploring “new metrics for transformative and missional ministries?” Do you want help with creating multiple streams of guests in your faith community? Would you like assistance with shifting your congregation’s internal behaviors so that you more readily engage with what the Spirit is doing there in your surrounding community?
The Episcopal Diocese of Northern California has been selected to participate in this one of a kind program – an intentional redevelopment process supported by a church-wide Community of Practice. Come join us for 3 introductory videoconference sessions on Sundays at 3:00 PM PST as we share with you how we’ve come to believe that your best ministry days may yet be ahead of you!
Session #1: September 23rd
Introduction to the technology; Overview of measurable outcomes you can expect; Question and Answer session. (We will also have leaders for whom missio:Engage! has worked and leaders for whom this was not a good fit.)
Session #2: October 7th
Clarifying expectations of all parties concerned – the Clergy; the Vestry; the Team Leader and the Team Members. What you can expect from us. Expected costs.
Session #3: October 21st
Walking through the two year plan, including an overview of the presentations and the focus areas covered. An explanation of the process of companioning parishes through a 24 month Intentional Redevelopment process. That process is based on what we have learned about the behaviors of successful redevelopers and their leadershipteams in three denominations.
