Convention Registration


Online Registration is Now Open!

Important Dates:
August 3, 2017 – Certificate of Lay Delegates Due 
September 1, 2017 – Resolutions Due 
September 7, 2017 – Nominations Due 
October 18, 2017 – Second filing for Nominations Due 
October 2, 2017 – General Registration Due   
October 2, 2017 – Exhibitor/Vendor Registration Due 

Before beginning online registration, please prepare for the following:

- Have your method of payment ready. You may pay by invoice and mail in a check, if necessary.
- Prepare to select your meal preference for Saturday, November 4. If you decline a lunch, you will not receive a ticket in your name tag indicating that you purchased a lunch, and you will not receive a lunch at the event. (Lunch is only provided on Saturday, November 4. Attendees are responsible for their own lunch and dinner on Friday, November 3.)
- If you will need childcare while at convention, please have all pertinent information regarding children and contact information for the adult(s) who will be onsite.
- If you plan to register as an Exhibitor or Vendor at convention, please prepare to complete General Registration as well as the Exhibitor/Vendor Registration.
