1) Checks to purchase additional shares (or deposit funds) should be made out to Union Bank.
2) Checks should be sent to the Diocese: 350 University Ave, Suite 280, Sacramento, CA 95825, Attention: Stephanie Moulton/ E&MT
3) An E&MT Deposit Form should accompany the check
Following this process will ensure that your funds are allocated properly. Once we receive your check and letter, a member of the E&MT Board of Trustees will sign off and we will forward to Union Bank. This process typically takes about a week.
a. To speed up this process, a standing request can be made for regular deposits into the same account (the amount can vary). To set this up, complete an Standing Deposit Form.
i. When future checks are sent in, it will not be necessary to fill out the deposit instruction form for each check.
ii. Checks should note that they are for a standing deposit into “X” account
