     "Boeger brings gifts from sister city" By Lisa Van De Hey of the Gridley Herald Gridley, Calif. — Gridley City Councilman Dan Boeger presented a video of his recent trip to Gbarnga, Liberia during the Monday City Council meeting. He included pictures of the sister-city exchange when he read the City of Gridley's proclamation to the Liberian people which appeared in national and local magazines there.
