Employment Opportunities

Bilingual Youth Minister

For St. Paul’s, Healdsburg

There are two primary outcomes we anticipate from creating this position at St. Paul’s: 1) a vibrant and nurturing program for all of the children and youth of St. Paul’s Church, and 2) a more culturally merged congregation in general.

We envision this position being 12-15 hours per week, and ideally suited to a seminarian or youth-oriented clergy person. Salary would be $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. The Youth Minister would need to be present each week for our 9:30 service as an assisting worship leader, plan and teach Sunday School with the assistance of volunteers from 10:45-11:45, and then be a worship leader (along with other clergy) for our noon Spanish Language service. In the late afternoon/evening, this person would then lead a St. Paul’s youth group. In addition, this person may be called upon to offer occasional pastoral care to our Latino parishioners.
