The Endowment and Memorial Trust (E&MT) has been completely reorganized, with changes including:

- New Mission and Vision Statements, a Revised Investment Policy and new Asset Allocation Targets

- Four new Trustees with relevant business and investment backgrounds.

- New (as of 2011) Quarterly Performance Reports.

- A new E&MT Section of the diocesan website.

Currently in this diocese, 45 congregations have invested funds and 13 congregations have loans with the E&MT. The 2012 interest rate is 5 percent. Several congregations are considering loans for capital expenditure purposes. Other congregations who do not use the E&MT have also invested funds. In total, the E&MT is responsible for over $14 million in assets.

Those looking to see what the E&MT has to offer are encouraged to visit www.norcalepiscopal.org/emt. Trustees are prepared to discuss E&MT services to the diocese in more detail with your congregation.
