The Rev. Jeff Frost

I have served in large and small churches, in a variety of locations around the nation. My training includes certifications as a Natural Church Development coach and New Church Specialties Refocusing Coach. I am part of the Congregational Development Committee for our diocese and have facilitated church health surveys (NCD) in over a dozen churches. My vision of a healthy congregation is one that maximizes their strengths through a focus on mission. For successful stewardship to occur, the emphasis must be on generosity, instead of fund raising.

The Rev. Wendy Watson

As an adult convert to Christianity I am very aware of the blessing it is to find Christ alive in the church. This fundamental gratitude is at the heart of my vocation and ministry. Currently I am the Rector of St. Luke’s Woodland, having previously served parishes in Pennsylvania and Los Angeles. I was led into Grateful Glad and Giving by a parishioner who joined the Commission. I found the shift in focus to gratitude healing and energizing for my ministry. Apparently it worked the same way for our parishioners since shifting our focus at St Luke’s from worrying about whether we will have enough money to Grateful, Glad and Giving has released a wonderful spirit in the congregation.
