Greetings! I have been working with the diocese since April of 2009. As the director of communications, I have the unique opportunity to not only receive and share the good news and work of our congregations, committees, lay and ordained leaders, but also to apply my own personal passion for design and creativity to better strengthen and support that work. I work individually with the congregations of our diocese to asses and strengthen their communications as well, and have created an online resource center and Facebook group, called "NorCalEpiscopal Communicators" to assist in this effort.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and German, and just over ten years of non-profit communications and marketing experience. While my passion for communication began at a very early age, it wasn't until finding this position with the diocese that I came to know that passion as my ministry. I am daily inspired by my work with diocesan staff, members of diocesan leadership, and with the individual congregations of our diocese, and am always eager to tackle new challenges.
I have truly found a home here, and welcome you to contact me with any questions or concerns related to communications, including (but not limited to) social media networking, branding, website and/or print design, and more.
Peace to you!
