New Donation Process

New Donation Process

For many years churches have been encouraged, via the Remittance Form, to mail donations to the Diocese for deposit. The donations account is reconciled monthly and these funds are forwarded to the intended recipients. We have reviewed this practice and determined that there is no value added by putting the Diocese in the middle. In fact, it slows down the process of getting funds into the hands of those who need them and costs hours of staff time. From now on we ask that you send these donations directly to the intended recipients.

For your convenience we have provided addresses below and posted them to the Church Accounting Resource pages of this website. We also have a new Remittance Form to reflect this change. Please click here to download it or e-mail thea@norcalepiscopal.org to request a copy.

Hi Rosanna,
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a way to get donations to Kigezi. We have tried multiple times, but have never been successful. We have also heard that there is a large issue with mail being intercepted, and if checks are stolen, the information is used to fraudulently charge the account.
At this time, we do not have any recommendation on how to donate to the Diocese of Kigezi.
