Safety Manual (IIPP):
- This Safety Manual must be reviewed and completed for all employees and a signed copy of the receipt form must be kept in the employee's file at the congregation. 

Form W-4: Employee Withholding:
- This Form W-4: Employee Withholding is required by the IRS. Employee instructions regarding withholding are necessary for payroll processing. This must be retained in the employee's file at the congregation.

Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification:
-This Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification (must be printed and filled out) is required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This completed form must be retained in the employee's file at the congregation.

Personnel Policies
- It is strongly recommended that each diocesan employer have personnel policies in place and have each new employee review and sign an acknowledgement of receipt of these policies.

Ensure Clergy Employees are Enrolled in the Pension System through the Church Pension Fund:
- For clergy persons, please contact the Church Pension Fund to ensure that a clergy person is properly enrolled in the Clergy Pension System.

**If the new employee will be working 20 or more hours per week:

Health Insurance Enrollment Packet:
- This packet must be given to any employee working 20 hours or more per week, as these employees are eligible for health benefits. To learn more about eligibility and health insurance, please click here.
