Reminder: two forms due to the Office of the Bishop on Aug. 2

We would like to remind you that your Certificate of Lay Delegates form for this year's Diocesan Convention is due Aug. 2. You may download the form here.

Another form due on the same day is your yearly congregation information form. You may download the form here (the form will download at the bottom of your browser).
Please ensure that you list the address and email of each individual, not the church's address or email.

Why is it important to have each individual's information?

- Our diocese has asked for increased communication out of the Office of the Bishop

- The Office of the Bishop now sends out targeted communication

- When Bishop Megan is responding to those affected by a disaster or potential disaster, without current, accurate information, she is unable to locate you and/or offer support

Please know that the Office of the Bishop does not sell or distribute personal information. For further questions please reach out to communications@norcalepiscopal.org.

Please return both forms to the Office of the Bishop by Friday, Aug. 2. You may mail, fax or email the forms to our office:
