Is your congregation interested in strengthening your lay pastoral care? Or developing a new healing or health ministry? Or developing a partnership with a community agency to create a new health outreach?

The Diocesan Partners for Ministries of Health include a variety of people with expertise and passion in a specific area of healing and health. The Partners are here to assist you in strengthening or developing Jesus’ healing ministries within your congregation.

The Partners are available to assist you in these areas:
• Lay pastoral care models
• Mental health ministries
• Bereavement & grief
• Wellness programs (e.g. walking programs, Living Compass faith and wellness
resources, including “Mindful Eating”) and training for Congregational Wellness
Advocates
• Development of Healing/Prayer Ministers
• Disability awareness
• Senior Produce Market
• Coleman Health Clinic
• Community Health Partnerships
• Recovery Ministries
• Caregiver Support
• Veteran’s ministries
• Development of Parish Nurses
