    A Capital Deanery Children’s Event Children in grades 3 through 6 are invited to an afternoon of fun and fellowship at All Saints Episcopal Church, Sacramento as we explore the theme “Finding Joy in Lent!” There will be games, crafts, singing, snacks and more at this wonderful FREE event! Led by the Rev. Jenni Liem, Executive Director of Camp Noel Porter in Tahoe City, participants will experience a taste of summer camp all the while learning about the Holy Season of Lent.

The story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus is told in nine short Bible readings, interspersed with the singing of carols, anthems, and hymns.
