    by Nicole Baxley The floor of Convention lit up with excitement as the Resolution R3-12 was voted on and immediately passed, changing the status of St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church in Rocklin from a mission to a parish. A parade of joy-filled congregants proudly marched through the crowd to the front of the room, each carrying a balloon as bright in color as the spirits of its owner.
