In 2005 the Total Ministry Development Group decided it would be helpful to have a summary of the principles of a baptismal theology of church and ministry, as well as the vision for the Total Ministry program. Please see the resulting work as it was distilled from the experience of ministry developers: "Theological Foundations" and "Total Ministry Goals". We hope you will find this a valuable resource, and a good place to begin understanding what we mean by Total Ministry.
