Mark is a native of Northern California who has spent most of his adult life as a public servant in Western New York.  He is a retired police lieutenant, and zone chief in the fire service, with experience in EMS and Hazardous Materials response.  He has earned a Bachelor of Science (Information Security) from the State University of New York, Empire State College, and a Master of Divinity from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School.

Among Mark’s many joys are his family, ham radio, and Minions (“Despicable Me”).
