In this phase of the process, congregations are preparing to receive names for Rector/Vicar/Priest-in-Charge. An interim is in place and the Canon to the Ordinary will submit names to the congregation from all of the applicants for consideration. While these positions are being discerned by the congregation, prospective candidates should contact the Canon to the Ordinary for information about scope of position and details about the congregation’s ministry.

We center our worship around the Eucharist — sometimes called the Holy Communion, the Lord’s Supper, or the Mass. It is worship instituted by Jesus Christ and continued in an unbroken tradition of 2000 years. We believe that our Christian life together is supposed to be a joyful life together. We enjoy fellowship with one another, and we welcome visitors into our midst with even more joy.

St. Luke’s Church has served as a place of worship, prayer and transformation in Woodland for over 140 years. We affirm God’s love for all of God’s people. Everyone is welcome.
