Jim Schaal serves as Executive Director of the Center at St. Matthew’s, an innovative community service ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California located in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento County. Guided by the Center Committee appointed by the diocesan Board of Trustees, he is responsible for shaping the Center’s mission and vision, stewarding multiple programs and partnerships, and managing facilities, finances, fundraising, and communications. Jim brings more than two decades of program leadership and management experience in seminaries and faith-based community organizations.
