Convocations are deanery-organized workshops that allow for pre-Convention discussions, centered around topics such as budget, apportionment, elections, and more. They are a chance to meet other delegates and alternates, and to learn what will be the business of Diocesan Convention. It is especially important that all clergy, delegates, and alternates attend a Convocation so that they become familiar with the resolutions and nominees which will be the business of Convention in November.
