This year's theme is “Managing Change in the Congregation”
Change and transition can produce both anxiety and excitement in any organization. This is particularly true in church congregations and organizations where stability, comfort and tradition are highly valued. This year’s CLCs will focus attention on how a variety of congregations have approached change. There will be examples of what worked well and how they learned from what didn’t work.
