Education for Ministry Graduation Eucharist – May 22nd, 6 pm, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral

Education for Ministry (EfM) is a four year program where lay people get to do a deep dive into the Old Testament, New Testament, Church History, and Christian Theology/Ethics.  Folks meet in cohorts every week for a whole school year, reading master’s level text books and commentary on each subject.  In their class time, students discuss the readings, they reflect theologically about their life and matters of the day, and most importantly they share their stories with one another and develop deep and lasting friendships.  It is a four year span that deepens people faith, grows their knowledge of the Bible and the Church, and furthers people in their personal and communal spiritual journey.

On May 22nd at 6 pm, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral is hosting the EfM graduation Eucharist.  The Bishop will preside.  All are welcome to attend either in person at the Cathedral or via the livestream.  Questions about the service can be directed towards Rev Alex Leach – aleach@trinitycathedral.org
