Please note the following before registering:

Remember to register with your own individual email address so that you can receive all of the communications that will be sent out leading up to Convention.

Canonical & Physically Resident Clergy: Includes priests and deacons who live in the diocese and have canonical residency. Clergy who do not meet both of these requirements must register as Seat & Voice.

Seat & Voice: Includes clergy who are licensed to officiate in the diocese but are not canonically resident, clergy who are canonically resident but do not live in the diocese, as well as others to whom Bishop Megan has offered Seat & Voice privileges.

Lay Delegate: Individuals whose names are listed on a church’s approved “Certificate of Lay Delegates Form“. If you are unsure as to whether you are a Lay Delegate for this Convention, please check with your Priest or Senior Warden.

Alternate Delegate: Individuals whose names are listed on a church’s approved “Certificate of Lay Delegates Form“. If you are unsure as to whether you are a Lay Delegate for this Convention, please check with your Priest or Senior Warden.

Visitor: Includes clergy spouses/partners (that are not otherwise registered), Aspirants to Ordination, Postulants, Candidates, and all other general visitors.

Volunteer: Includes those who would like to commit at least 4 hours to volunteer at convention. Will be volunteering at their respective deanery locations.

    church land. Care of creation by practicing regenerative and by extension
    carbon landscaping, gardening, and farming
